No Need For CGI. The KB Guestbook server enables anybody with or without a homepage on the WWW to have their own guestbook with full control over its appearance, HTML and entries without the need for CGI (Common Gateway Interface) programming or complex addressing.

Fast, Multiple DS3 Connections. This is as fast as it gets. Your unique guestbook and site will reside on our server which has multiple DS3 fiberoptic connections provided by MCI Net and UUNET. A DS3 is about 57 times a T1 connection (standard for busy sites), meaning your guestbook is sitting right on the Internet backbone. Advanced Server Configuration. HTML Templates. The control panel enables you not only to change all the HTML of your guestbook, but also provides you with an output template with which you can fully customize the display of your guestbook entries.

Customizable Fields and Form. Besides the basic fields (email, name, etc.) you have ten fields you can use for anything you would like your guests to post. You can completely edit the input form and put fields in it such as "Where are you from" or "How did you like the site".

Conditional HTML Display. You can basically program your guestbook to output HTML depending on the data in entries made in your guestbook. The possibilities are virtually unlimited (e.g. Display the flag of the country the visitor is from). You can have each entry display any HTML dependent on the data the visitor provides. If you prefer to keep postings/submissions for your personal use exclusively (not posted in the Internet), you can eliminate the HTML output form and entries will only be sent to you.

Counters. You will have two counters in the footer of your guestbook page, one displaying the number of visitors, and the other how many entries have been posted.
