Here we have listed the most common questions that new and experienced users have posted to us. How can I have half-hour time increments appear? The calendar has been designed to use on-the-hour time increments. If you would like to show times that are not on the hour, do this: When you enter your subject, select the NO TIME feature from the drop down menu. This is the default. Include the time as the first part of the subject. Entering items in this fashion will make full calendars appear more organized. Do not use old history links to access your calendar. Each time you want to start an update / edit session for your calendar, you must go through the log-in process. The calendar lets you post unlimited amounts of messages (otherwise we'd go crazy when updating). Using old history links will include sensitive information, as well well as the time. Your calendar will treat this as a security breach, and will not allow posting or updating. Can I have multiple users be qualified editors? Multiple "editors" should all have access to the administrator's password. If they want to have their own identity when posting messages, have them create a new user profile. For editing they use the administrator's password. For posting messages, they can use their individual identity profile. Only the poster can modify his/her own messages. The calendar administrator and all that have that password, have the ability to modify any and all events. Can I make my calendar non-public accessible? Each calendar is built around a set of cgi scripts. For this reason, it won't shut out the public. I would suggest not listing the link on your web page. Other clients of ours (in very similar situations) have placed it in another directory and just given out that address selectively. No incidents have been reported by using this method. The other safeguard is your ability to delete any additions. How can I put up my own background? If you cannot find a background you like from our selection, you can put in an absolute link to the background of your choice. It should go in your Header and Link section of the Control Panel and look something like this: body background="http://www.yourserver.com/yourfile" Otherwise, you may e-mail it to us and we will put it up.
