This is the descriptive text to the above link. Since it is a link back

This is the name by which your guestbook will be called.
(e.g. 'kaibook') It will mainly appear in the url address of
your guestbook like http://././kaibook.html

Will be displayed as the title of all the guestbook pages.

1st Header line: (**)
The header lines are used to create you an initial header. You will be able
to change the header HTML in your control panel. As for the start, the
header line 1 will be displayed in font size="+1" in all
guestbook pages as the first line in the header. (
e.g. "KB Interactive Internet")
2nd Header line: (**)
Will be displayed in font "size=+3" in all guestbook pages as the
second line in the header. (e.g. "On-line Guestbook Registration")
The following two items apply only if you have been using another guestbook
up to now. (e.g. Lpage) This is the link for your users to see previous
entries from the other guestbook. (Preferably a plain HTML file)
